On 22nd February 2018, WWF Poland participated in a meeting with the Minister of Environment, Henryk Kowalczyk.
We handed Mr Kowalczyk a copy of the film “The Tipping Point. Energy aNew!” and a report summarising all project works entitled: “Friendly Development of Poland. People – Economy – Environment.”
The minister accepted these publications and promised to familiarise with them.
We are pleased that the topic of the upcoming COP24 Climate Summit has been described as one of the most important points on the Ministry’s agenda. The other good news is that the minister wants to actively participate in the fight against smog in Poland.
